(just a few short steps to submitting your order and getting what you want the first time!)
PartsDinosaur Store's inventory is real time and dynamic so if you order an item that is "out of stock" you will see a message at the top of the screen informing you of this. A similar message will appear if you order more than I have "on-hand" so if you do not find enough quantity available, please e-mail me to add some so you can get the amount you want on the first order. (It may be on the way in the door with the next stock order and it is simply a matter of posting more quantity for you.)
Add the items you want to the shopping cart and enter the ZIP code of the "shipping address" where you want to receive your shipment.
(Remember that physical addresses can be different for US Mail and for UPS shipping services)
When you choose your shipping method with the radio button, click on the "Recalculate" button to update the shipping cost.
When you are satisfied that you have your order finalized and the shipping method chosen, choose your payment method from the "pull-down menu" and proceed to "Checkout" screen.
Please use a current e-mail address for fast and efficient communication ! Look for your order receipt in your e-mail immediately after submitting your order.
Enter all of the information for your billing address on the left side of this page. If you are paying with a credit card on-line, this information must match what your bank has on file for address verification (which is current US banking fraud protection policy).
If you are requesting shipping to the same address, just check the box at the top of this page as it is not necessary to duplicate this information.
If the shipping address is different, please fill in the information on the right side of the page for the shipping method of your choice.
OK, only thing left to do now is "Submit This Order" and when you do, you will see a new screen with your order number and a review of the order that you have submitted.
You can print this screen for a record and you will also receive an immediate e-mail receipt for this order. Alternative payment information will also be in that e-mail discussing how you can send your payment with PayPal or with a paper payment in the US Mail.
You will also receive the telephone number of the PartsDinosaur Store payment line if you wish to phone your credit card payment in for fast processing and same day shipping. (by 3:30 p.m. in Phoenix)
