What the heck is a "Master Engine Kit" ? ! ?
(and why do you want to order one ?)

What do you think a "Master Engine Kit" should include?
(because here is a list of what some folks think might be "in there". . . . . . however, do you really need all of this?)

Pistons (do you need to replace them?)
Piston pin bushings
Piston rings
Rod bearings set
Main bearings set
Cam bearing set
Balance shaft bearings set
Crankshaft
Full gasket set (or, head set and lower set)
Complete timing system kit (chain or belt?)
New oil pump
New oil pump pick-up tube
New water pump
New camshaft(s)
New lifters (lash adjusters)
New rocker arms
Pushrods
Brass freeze plugs set

My guess is there are quite a few items above that you do NOT need so . . . . Why not "build your own engine kit" with only the parts you need?
Any engine kit is made up of many items and it is never "one part number" sitting on the shelf. It must be built from available inventory to your specifications. Stop listening to those folks who want to direct you with a simple description that they "heard somewhere on Saturday night" or "read on an on-line enthusiast forum" and start making your own decisions . . . . . . find your engine parts on the page(s) published here, and simply "Add to Cart" until you have only what you need. At that point, your engine kit, ordered "ala carte". . . (by you, the guy with the hard-earned cash) . . . is starting to be pretty specific to your engine project and, not the guy down the street (who may, or may not, have a clue what you need !

It's your engine, not his, right? ). =o)

And, if you have questions, why not ask the guy who knows where to find the parts? Why send me money before you have all the answers? I sure don't want your money if you still have questions you did not ask !!!!! Step up to the counter and ask all the questions you want. It is my job to answer them to your satisfaction.
